Naples, Florida, November 10, 2005 -- QRS Music Technologies, Inc.,
announced today that three new directors were elected by the existing
Board of Directors to serve until the next meeting of shareholders at
which directors are elected.  The new Directors include: Frank Seta,
Thomas O'Grady and Richard Kurtz.

Richard Dolan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said, "We are excited
about expanding our expertise on the Board and having three outside
Directors be seated on our Audit, Compensation, Disclosure Controls and
Mergers and Acquisition Committees."
