Well John, I couldn't find this gamma either, so I decided to write
the *.gam file myself. At first the file didn't work (I only tried it
in Piet's program 'Midiboek') as the program wouldn't respond after
loading my file.

I remember the cause being something to do with hole diameter or hole
spacing. I eventually fixed it, but then I forgot to save it before
formatting my computer, so it's gone...

I tried to create a new file, but I kept getting the error again so
I gave up eventually. I'll give it another try when I'm back at my
own place after the winter holidays (I'm at my parents place now).
That is, if nobody else comes up with a working *.gam file.

A very happy new year to all of you, Yours,
Niels Berkers - from the snowy Netherlands
