Imperial "Hand Pleated" Player Piano Rolls

Thanks to Matthew Caulfield for figuring out the mystery of the
"hand-pleated" rolls.  I have been in the player piano/roll business for
35 years and had never heard of such rolls.  I was really scratching my
head on that one.
