Seek Student's Guide to Pipe Organs Book

Hello everyone, The ATOS published a students guide to pipe organs in
the past.  It is no longer available but I would like to find a copy.
Does anyone on the MMD have an extra copy available?  Or is someone
willing to loan a copy or photocopy one?  I would be very grateful.
