"Ice Cream" & "Constantinople"

Dear MMDers,  Several people have written asking about the tune
"Ice Cream".  On our WBS organ we had a tune playing called
"Constantinople" which many people hearing it referred to as the
"Ice Cream song".  Could this be another name for the melody?
