Seek Wurlitzer Mandolin Quartette Rolls

I'm looking for some Wurlitzer Mandolin Quartette rolls or a substitute
roll that would play the instrument.  Wurlitzer made only a few hundred
of these instruments and probably the rolls are as scarce as hens teeth.
