Wireless MIDI Connection Tested
By Alan Turner

On this subject I have two new observations:

1. I purchased the MidAir at a local music store which supplies the
local performing community, apparently at very good prices ($120 CDN).
The M-Audio site lists the MidAir at $149.95 USD

2. While testing out the system last night I tried using Cakewalk,
and for some reason, after about 1 minute of playing the MIDI e-rolls,
the signal was lost. However, when using the e-roll player supplied
with my e-roll system (Spencer Chase's) there is no problem whatever.
I have no idea why this would be, but I suspect it has something to
do with how the software sends the MIDI signals out. The system does
seem to work flawlessly using the e-roll player, so I am still happy.
