Hello,  I have about 92 Welte Licensee rolls for sale.  I bought them
as a lot for little money and will sell them cheaply also.  I have
scanned many of the rolls and repaired them to scanable standards.
Some were not scanned since I had already done the same roll, and
therefore were not examined.

These are some of the rattiest looking rolls that I have seen that
actually play.  The boxes are in generally bad condition and some are
completely crushed but the rolls are much better that one would guess
by the box condition.  I don't remember any brittle dry rolls.  Some
were soft on the edges and some leaders are not great but every roll
I scanned held together and I played several on the piano.

I will sell them for $2.00 each plus shipping in batches over 25.  No
choosing unless you want to pay much more.  There are some very good
rolls in the batch.  I can send a list of the rolls and can also send
sample MIDI files of any (within reason) to anyone who is interested
in buying.
