I had learned another language when I was young!  There is another way,
however.  The AltaVista website at http://babelfish.altavista.com/
offers a quick and reasonably readable translation for any web page.
Just copy the address line of the foreign-language site you are on,
go to the Babelfish site, and paste in the address.  I suppose there
are others, but I find this one convenient to use.
