Hi Kevin,  A quick Google search on the subject came up with a lot of
useful results.  It is possible, it just depends on how much you are
willing to pay.  The program with the best reviews that I found was
"SmartScore 5 MIDI Edition" (http://www.musitek.com/midiedition.html)
