Dear fellow mechanical music enthusiasts,  I wonder whether any of you
ordered a copy of a DVD described in May on 070513 MMDigest.  The DVD
was "The History of Mechanical Music" and was produced by Artzsche Sales.

On 5 June I had a message from the producers saying that that there had
been a problem with the Customs clearance forms and that my copy would
be resent in a few days with proper customs declaration.  Since then I
have received and heard nothing and the firm ignores my email queries.
I wonder whether anyone else who ordered this item has had similar
problems.

Does anyone have more information on this firm?  I certainly won't be
using them again.
