Dear MMDers,  I ordered the DVD that Peter Wellburn mentioned and have
had precisely the same experience: an email claiming problems with
loss, damage and that new US Postal Service boxes would now be used.
That was a month ago.  No DVD or poster or response to emails.

I don't know about anyone else but I paid by PayPal. I have their
initial order acknowledgment, their "apology email" and PayPal receipt.
I would be happy to participate in any action concerning this.
