I also purchased a DVD, and News Documentary Corp. (NDC) did accept the
PayPal payment.  They had a Customer Service number of 630-794-0627,
which according to my not always reliable reverse telephone lookup
belongs to Rene Castillo, at 17W338 91st St, in Willowbrook, Illinois.
That number has a News Documentary answering message, but it sounds
low-quality, like it might be a cheap answering machine.

This isn't the first time that I've forgotten that PayPal will get
involved in situations like this for 45 days after the transaction.
It almost makes me want to buy another one so I can complain to PayPal!

I'd rather have the DVD than the money (proven, I suppose by my
purchase) but I'm afraid I'll end up with neither.  I would love to
hear if anyone makes successful contact with our Artzsche friends.
