Hi all!  I just tried to file a complaint for the scam about the
Artzsche DVD, but PayPal tells me that this type of transaction cannot
be handled by their solution center.  I wonder if this is happens just
with our European PayPal or in other countries too?

I've always found that PayPal is not really helpful in Europe, while it
seems to be in the USA -- but that's another story.
