Hans van Oost was asking for a copy of "Treasures of Mechanical Music"
He is in search of a copy in order to please a friend.  Well, the book
is easily available (use Google), but has a not so friendly price.
Such high price normally is an indication for high demand against low
availability.

Which brings me to the question: would not it be a good idea to
investigate the possibilities of a reprint of this "classic" book?
