Mechanical Music Videos on YouTube
By Adam G. Ramet

Hi there, I've put a short video clip of the very fine Gasparini street
organ, "De Lieve Stem", at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdx_dLJZ8Ik

There's a short note about it there and I thoroughly recommend getting
hold of the CD if you don't already own a copy. It is probably the
oldest street organ anywhere and is the only instrument anywhere still
playing from this unique 1930 scale.

Additionally I've put a few Aeolian player organ clips online also
(the first on YouTube!) :

Max Hoffman's "Yankee Land" -1904
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjlrV0B4KDQ
George Swift's "Oh That Classic Rag" (excerpts)
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jtg47nNAAg
  and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32UrBmIa3mU
a 1900s medley waltz
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqP-ejy5xi0
and a Duo-Art excerpt of "The Wind" by Alkan

All these and much more can be seen at
