Seek Duo-Art Grand Crash Valve

Hello all,  I recently purchased a Steinway Duo-Art grand which has
had the crash valve removed.  This is a USA-style expression box and
the attachment holes and tube nipples are all present, but no valve!

Does anyone, please, have a spare crash valve and pallet valve that
I could buy?  Thanks for looking.  Please contact me at
