Convert Ampico to Pianomation or Sell It?

Thanks to Bruce Clark for stating the obvious in a more diplomatic and
restrained manner than I could.  I just don't understand what the ori-
ginal poster could be thinking.  In the architectural field it’s called
"re-muddling."
