Seek Rollography of 65-note Music Rolls
By Tom Hutchinson

I know it would probably be a tall order but has anyone ever
attempted to produce a rollography for 65-note rolls? I have just
acquired a fairly large collection of 65 note pin end rolls and am
in the process of repairing and restoring them.

Several rolls are missing boxes and leaders but I have been able
in several instances to find serial numbers at the end of the roll.
Had these been 88-note rolls I would simply have looked up the number
in the Billings Rollography and all the needed info would be there,
assuming of course it was a QRS roll.

Does any one know the years, i.e., from when to when, were 65-note
rolls produced? Is there a list of the different companies that
produced 65-note rolls?

Lastly, I am still interested in acquiring a few more 15-inch Apollo
rolls.

Thanks,
Tom Hutchinson
