This can be a problem in any organ and there are various ways to get
round it.  A few Universal builders have had this problem and solved
it by turning the rear pipe round to face the back of the organ.

Fitting ears to individual pipes can also help and even thicker blocks.
Having looked at the photos, Wagner is to be congratulated on a superb
bit of construction, well done.
