Well, its been years since I posted.  The Knabe upright with the
Ampico A system is working very nicely.  Some time ago a drive belt
was suggested for the Ampico A pump that considerably reduced the
belt noise.  I believe the belt was of the ribbed kind that had more
flex to it than the solid belts.

Could someone please let me know the brand and type.  I can then get
the closest length.  Any help would be appreciated.
