Christian Greinacher, it's always nice to hear from you.  I can get you
pictures and dimensions for a Capital Cuff box governor.  It's just a
matter of a few screws to get at it.  

Another route: Bob School in Ohio can surely make you one, and he can 
also rebuild the rest of the governor for you, if required.
