Dear MMD,  I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank Spencer
Chase for his willingness to tackle the challenge of creating a program
that plays MIDI files at specified times of the day.

The program he wrote works great and I was impressed at how quickly he
was able to get it done.  It's actually a very versatile program that
could be used for all kinds of applications, for instance, a MIDI
controlled Christmas light show on your front lawn synchronized to music
that plays on the hour.  Well, okay, that might be a little much, but
this program could do it.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to a fellow MMDer who was so
willing to share his talents.
