Music Roll Cataloging Software
By Bruce Clark

The way I cataloged them is to use a computer program called "Cardfile".
It can be cross referenced and searched for anything that is entered on
the card. Each roll is listed with all information plus its location.
For example:

209681 (origin of roll, year purchased, and price paid)
  'S Wonderful ("Funny Face")
  Originally titled "Smarty" Gershwin
played by J. Milton Delcamp 3/28
  T-K-8

Since I have several cabinets of rolls, the cabinets have identifying
letters: T=cabinet, K=shelf, 8=eighth roll from the left.
