Restoring a Black Forest Flute Clock
By Serge Robillard

Dear MMDs, This is my first letter since that I just recently
discovered the MMD web site which I believe is the most exciting one
for lovers like me of antique musical clocks.

Shortly after my retirement, I purchased a Black Forest musical clock
dated in early 1800; the clock has 28 wood pipes. Although I have over
30 years experience in repairing antique clocks, my musical background
is nil. I am seeking MMDigest readers' experience on how to start this
project in respecting the 1800 year woodcraft and musical knowledge.

Regards
Serge Robillard
