I've gotten into the habit of going to the MMD Archives every
two months or so and checking through the 'Seek' articles:

  http://www.mmdigest.com/archives/KWIC/S/seek.html 

I'm amazed (I shouldn't be at 61) at how much I forget about.
And also I find that, as conditions change, I am able to provide
items sought that I couldn't provide previously.

I recommend this practice to everyone.
