Seek Valve Buttons for Phonola Vorsetzer

I am looking for the wooden primary valve buttons for a Phonola
Vorsetzer.  The original buttons measure 0.59 inches (1.5 cm), but the
regular 0.46 inch(1.26 cm) size button would work.
