Blower For Large Street Organ
By John Page, UK

John Ravert asks about a blower for a 90-key scale Dutch street organ.
If the organ in question is presently hand-turned I would recommend he
keeps it that way, as it is how the organ was designed and allows for
expression in the music.

If he feels he _must_ motorize the organ, he should fit a pulley and
belt system, with a flat belt running on the rim of the hand-turn wheel,
remembering to remove the handle first.

One of my 90-key street organs is in the USA ("De Witte"). Would we be
referring to this organ, I wonder?

Regards,
