I have never gotten anything after five months, but I did have a
three-month experience of a package sent to a town no more than 200
miles away.  I sell and buy stuff on eBay frequently, and being in
Canada sometimes means I am shipping into the USA and dealing with
the federal employees of two countries.

Their web sites make claims like "5 working days delivery" and the
like, but I think the escape clause is that government employees do not
consider too many days as 'working days'...
