I have two 7 11/16" (19.5 cm.) Symphonion music box disks, which I had
gotten years ago in a ghost town in New Mexico.  Both are very dusty;
it could be some very fine rust; I'm not sure. 

One disk has "BANKS OF THE WABASH SONG. DRESSER," with the catalog
number 17073 underneath.

The other disk is a little harder to read.  I can make out "STARS AND
STRIPES MARCH.  H(?) SOUSA," with catalog number 17044.
