Sometime back I purchased the book "Orchestrien aus dem Schwarzwald
(Orchestrions from the Black Forest)", by Herbert Juettemann, from
Kevin McElhone.  It has beautiful pictures, and I highly recommend it.

It would be even better if there were an English translation available.
Does anyone know of one that can be purchased?
