I am not looking forward to cutting out 80+ secondary pouches for my
late A Ampico.  Is there anyone out there who sells pouches or would
punch out pouches from my own leather?  The pouch well is 1-1/8",
and the pouch itself is slightly more than 1-1/2".

Bob Streicher once made replacement secondary valves but he gave up
this practice because of few sales.  Too bad, since restoring these
valve blocks is a real pain, what with the need to re-set the valve
clearance, and follow up with burnt shellac.
