Seek Perforating Services for Aeolian Organ Rolls
By Jason Balcom

I have been enjoying my nearly restored Aeolian 46-note player organ
and have come to really cherish the few old and new rolls I have for
it. I would like to arrange some newer music for this wonderful
instrument, and possibly for the 58- and 116-note models as well.
(I have yet to acquire one of these models or the space.)

Being under the age of 30 and teaching music for a living, I can
see that these player instruments are being "lost" upon the newer
generations. I would like to increase the scope of these fine
instruments and engage a younger generation with newer and more
contemporary music.

I am able to arrange my own MIDI files and am seeking someone who can
punch 5-to-the-inch and/or 6-to-the-inch music rolls from MIDI files.
As my machining skills are lacking, I am also seeking an artificer
who would build a perforator, either operated from a computer (by MIDI)
or by hand so that I could cut new Aeolian organ rolls for myself and
others.

Musically,
