I got a 9" Mira disc musical box with a playing issue: winding has
no effect.  The governor feels free, the slow-fast adjustment seems
fine, it just won't wind up.  Any ideas?  Was something dislodged in
transport?  I'm not hearing anything loose, no evidence of damage.
(I'm getting some pictures ready.)  Many thanks for any advice.
