Discs for 10-5/8-inch Double-comb Symphonion
By Karl Petersen

I hope Mr. Samm is able to find disks more easily than I could.
This is an unusual box in that the double comb is treble and bass,
not sublime harmonie, so it has a large tone for a small box.

The easiest search on Google is for Symphonion, adding 27 cm, or
nr. 6 or "style 6". I saw some disks in Kevin McElhone's listing
some months ago, and there are certainly more if you add "Platen"
to the search to get the German listings.

I did find some disks which belonged to the late MBSI member Ralph
Heintz at an auction in Chicago just a few years ago, and posted
a list of all to MBSGB site at their request, and on my site at
http://www.firedragon.com/

Perhaps we should have a Nr. 6 register! I am mostly finished with
creating new art for the cover varnish transfers, though I haven't
a clue yet how to have them made up with the metallic background.
