You can try at any local butcher supply company that sells meat cutting
equipment, as the leather belting is still used to drive the equipment.

McMaster-Carr, leather belts sections -- they also sell the tool that
is used to prep and install the belting and the staples.  The tool isn't
cheap.  They also have just about every other type of round and other
belting that you might need.
