[ Ref. 091119 MMDigest, Meloto Rolls ... ]

The last Meloto catalogue was March 1939.  I had it in an earlier
edit of my MMD note, but left it out as it seemed too much detail!
I have photocopies of a fairly wide cross-section of these 1930s
catalogues.

The 'Regent' brand made for Herbert Marshall & Co continued longer,
with their last catalogue being October 1941, made by the Up-to-date
Music Roll Co.  These later Regent rolls look fairly like the earlier
Meloto-based ones but have 3-digit serial numbers.  Musically they're
somewhat different, obviously having a different roll editor.
