I cut down my Wurly 150 hybrid band organ to put in the lounge of
the nursing home where I live.  I know that this may be impossible,
but I am desperately looking for a small snare drum, 250 mm diameter
x 150 mm deep (9-3/4" x 5-7/8").  There isn't a millimeter to spare
and I can't find anything on eBay less than 200 mm deep.

I tried attaching snares to a child's floor tom-tom but they won't
fit tight against the head.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks for
any advice.
