I'm not surprised that this music caught your ear.  I went on-line
and listened to some of the CD 'Chapinlandia' and this stuff is perfect
for an orchestrion -- the sounds can be reproduced pretty much as is
in mechanical form.  Some of the subtleties of the drumming would elude
the machine, but near perfection is possible.
