Referring to Valentin Arden's recent posting, I have had success
transcribing piano rolls to sheet music by scanning the rolls to MIDI
files, then loading the files into Cakewalk.  The sheet music can then
be printed out.  Setting the parameters correctly in Cakewalk minimizes
editing.
