Servicing Aeolian Spinet Player Piano
By Mark Greisen

Clarence, what you're missing is a gallon of gasoline and a match!
Joking aside, the only way I have been able to get at that action is
to disconnect every tube from the stack and lift up the upper action,
pulling the tubes up the sides.

I use a white paint pen from Michael's craft store to put a code of
dots on the tube ends to identify where they go, and I use zip ties to
bind them together in top, middle and bottom sections. When you go to
re-attach them it goes pretty fast.

If the tubes are hard to get off the nipples push them on first then
pull them off with that little tube puller tool. Call me if you have
any questions: 1-818-352-4470

Harmonically yours,
Mark Greisen
