Artist Lists of Classical Reproducing Piano Rolls
By Albert Petrak

Ref: Ad in 100112 MMDigest for the last copy of my Welte catalog
[Complete Welte-Mignon Classical Catalog].

To All: I imagine some collector would "gasp" at this opportunity,
and for only $12.95. Yes, I suppose there is something in that, as
it was published in 1962. However, as all of you should by this time
be aware, all of the catalog listings are available at my web site:
http://www.rprf.org/

Further, I have been producing and am freely offering to anyone,
the "performer" version of the catalog, which is absolutely complete,
including occasional pianists, by simply dropping me a note by email
to apetrak@rprf.org.geentroep [delete ".geentroep" to reply].

I send whatever you require, in Microsoft Word format, to your e-mail
address and there is no charge for this service. Note, I am including
all the others, in the same fashion: Duo-Art, Ampico, Welte-Deluxe
Licensee, the Hupfeld "Animatic" of hand-played rolls, which was the
basis for the later spin-offs, such as TriPhonola and now DEA, just
completed, Phillips "DUCA", Recordo, Art-Echo, Virtuola. As our
Oriental friends said, in jest, "what a bah-gin!" Truly!

So, if you want to buy "history", go that route. If you want complete
listings, as above, there is no charge.

Best to all of you,
Albert M. Petrak
