One should not even think of having a live monkey!  Monkeys are
intelligent animals, and must live in a social group of other monkeys.
Separating a monkey from his social structure, the group, (and
attaching him to an organ with a short chain,) is insane thinking.
And a cruelty for the animal.  Use a doll!
