Seek Early Wurlitzer Rewind Cam and Bracket

I am looking for the early Wurlitzer style rewind cam and bracket
assembly that mounts on the upper right inside wall.  This assembly
has the cam that continually revolves and engages with a lever for
rewind at the end of the roll.  It's a bit different than later
versions in that it is driven by a belt.

It's a simple U-shaped casting, holding a short shaft and set collars,
onto which the cam and pulley casting are fitted.  I can provide
photographs of this assembly.  Any help would be sincerely appreciated
with this.
