Seek Music of QRS 3818 "If I Could Be with You"

Would you happen to know if anyone has transcribed "If I Could Be
With You", QRS 3818, played by James P. Johnson and Fats Waller,
into printed music? I've always wanted to play this on the piano
with someone, but I cannot pick it all out by ear -- I need the
actual notes. Thanks for any help you can provide.
