Hello,  My name is Chad and I am looking for a Baldwin upper player
mechanism for my 1926 Howard player piano.  This nearly 85-year-old
piano was just retrieved from an old church where it has been since
new and is in pristine condition with exception to the missing upper
unit.

I own a complete upper and lower 1915-1920 Gulbransen Dickersen player
system (salvaged from a wrecked piano) that needs to be rebuilt but is
in good condition overall.  I also have a complete Gulbransen Dickersen
action.  This system will not work in my Howard so I am looking to work
something out with someone to get the parts I need to repair my piano.
