I have two Artrio Angelus rolls (out of five listed) played by
an "Edwin Wood".  Does anyone recognize the name?  I can't find
any listing for him under Ampico, Duo-Art or Welte artists.  The
arrangements and playing on these two rolls ("Kid Boots Selection"
and "Little Jessie James Selection") are really superb.

Most, but not all, Artrio Angelus popular rolls came from Aeolian
masters.  Some popular recording was done at the Artrio Angelus studio
in Meriden, Connecticut.  Usually, but not always, the rolls actually
recorded at Meriden featured the facsimile signature of the pianist
on the label.  These by Edwin Wood do not.

If this is a real person (not a pseudonym), has anyone seen this
artist listed on any other company's hand-played rolls?
