Hi Bernt,  The tempo governor has two rods: one is controlled by
The Tempo adjustment lever, the second rod is automatically thrown in
when you put the machine in re-roll mode.

To slow down the rewind, adjust the second rod.  I would guess that
you would want to turn it in a bit, but try it a little here or there
to get it right.
