Seek Photos of Player Actions During Restoration
By Rob Goodale

Hello all, I will be conducting a presentation before a sizable group
about player system restoration and a little history. I am planning
to include a number of pictures for illustration via video projection.
If anyone has a few pictures to contribute to the effort I would
greatly appreciate it.

Specifically, I would like a few pictures of different types of player
actions (Simplex, Standard, Kimball, whatever), some pictures of
individual components disassembled, and any particularly unusual
mechanisms. I would also like to include a "don't let this happen
to you" segment with some "disaster" pictures of terrible previous
repairs sometimes found in butchered player pianos and other mechanical
music machines.

The pictures need to be of reasonable digital quality so they will
appear acceptable on a projection screen. If you have a few to
contribute kindly email them to rhgoodale@embarqmail.com.geentroep
[delete ".geentroep" to reply]. Thank you in advance for your
assistance!
