Thank you for all the information on the speed control problem I am 
having with the PPCo roll frame, which I described in the 100811 MMD.

I am trying to get clarification on the type of potentiometer I may
need, and whether the diode(s) should be replaced as well.  Also, how
difficult is replacement, etc.?
